VIP Concierge - Sales Associate

Sales Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience
• Assist clients with product selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences
• Drive sales by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
• Maintain a deep knowledge of luxury products and brands in order to accurately and confidently answer client inquiries
• Participate in store merchandising and visual display efforts to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support as needed
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in a VIP or concierge role
• Demonstrated success in providing exceptional customer service to VIP clients
• In-depth knowledge of luxury products, brands, and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
