Roles And Responsibilities
- Support Operations in daily financial matters
- Review actual results and projections with Operations, updating the forecast accordingly
- Ensure timely preparation of budgetary analyses and presentations
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures, such as CAPEX vs extraordinary maintenance
- Contribute to the development of management/reporting tools, such as dashboards and OPEX report files
- Assist in the monthly close processes
- Aid in the preparation of Asset presentations (P&L, CAPEX, Stock, Cash-flows)
- Coordinate data collection for the budget process and prepare the budget presentation for Management review
Profile
- Fluent in French with a Master 2 in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Controller
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Knowledge of SAP/Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in French & English speaking
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
