- Responsible for planning and managing all events
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
- Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
- Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
- Be aware of trends and propose ideas to build the range and quality of Catering & Events, consistently wowing our guests with creative and innovative ideas
- Build strong relationships with customers and to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events to full satisfaction of client
- Maintain exceptional levels of guest service
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Participate in hotel promotional activities

- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Dubai
- Previous experience in Conference & Events with experience in the sales sector of the luxury market
- Good organizational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Confident telephone manner
- High level of IT skills
- Excellent grooming standards
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Luxury hospitality experience in a similar role
- Qualification, degree, or certification in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage
