الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of the SOX program (SOX compliance, testing…)
- Internal audit missions
- Contribute to internal audit missions as per the annual audit plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a business related field
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
- 3+ years of auditing experience
- Strong technical audit and accounting skills, including knowledge of SOX standards, U.S. GAAP, COSO Framework, GAAS, IIA and PCAOB Auditing Standards
- Public Accounting experience, preferably from a Big 4 Accounting Firm
- International/public company experience is a plus
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to complex problems
- Self-motivated individual with ability to operate independently, and work well in teams
- Ability to interact comfortably across all levels of management in a global environment
- Ability to quickly assimilate relevant information in unfamiliar situations
- Proficient in English, French is also preferred
- Foreign language speaking/reading skills is a plus (especially Spanish or German)
