IT Techno Functional Consultant ERP - Infor LN CSIE

Functional Responsibilities:

• Consult with business stake holders to understand functional processes, requirements, pain areas and analyze, recommend, and implement Infor LN CSIE / Infor OS solutions and enhancements.
• Take part in implementation of Infor LN CSIE modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific requirements. Provide support for data validation, business process testing and defect resolution during data migration and implementation.
• Design, configure, test, deploy and manage Infor LN Modules and functionalities to align with business processes and requirements. Infor LN modules include Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, Project, CRM, Quality, Service, Freight, Finance, Invoicing, etc.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where customization or integration is needed to meet business needs.

Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions related to Infor functionalities during implementation and day to day transactions. You will translate high level business requirements into functional specifications.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.

Develop and customize reports using Infor tools and external tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

• Provide training and support to users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Infor applications.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, and data validation to ensure system integrity and accuracy.

Technical Responsibilities:

Translate functional specifications to design, develop and document technical solutions.

Application-level configuration on Infor cloud platform primarily focused on LN applications leveraging technical expertise in Infor OS options.

Provide expert advice on Infor LN CSIE best practices, functionalities, and industry trends. Proactively identify and propose business processes and system enhancements, including automation and digital transformation wherever possible.

• Participate with the project implementation team for understanding extension development requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Infor LN modules with extensions/add-ons and other business systems for seamless data flow and consistency.
• Advise and provide technical support to functional team while implementing new modules within Infor LN / Infor OS.
• Responsible for Infor OS configuration, Company setups, Parameters, and master data
• Defining user roles, menus, authorizations, workflows, workspace, DEM, etc.
• Design, develop and implement customizations, enhancements, interfaces between Infor and third-party systems and integrations using Infor tools.
• Collaborate with third party developers.
• Provide architectural guidance to the project team. Define technical and IT solutions strategies to stakeholders and ensure that solution architecture designed are in sync with business needs and hardware.
• Analyze Infor LN and other application error and audit logs periodically and report possible risks/threats to the business and systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and hot fixes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the availability, security, and reliability of Infor environments.
• Stay updated with Infor LN CSIE releases, technology trends and best practices and provide recommendations for implementing new features and services.
