Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible to lead Agthia Group SAP initiatives and ensure the efficient and strategic utilization of SAP solutions. With a focus on innovation, optimization, and alignment with business objectives and digital transformation, the SAP CoE Lead is driving technology excellence within our organization.
Develop and execute a forward-looking SAP strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP CoE, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP professionals, ensuring their growth and development.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the CoE
