IT Finance Consultant ERP - Infor LN CSIE

Consult with business stake holders to understand financial and functional processes, requirements, pain areas and analyze, recommend, and implement Infor LN CSIE / Infor OS solutions.

.

Lead the implementation of Infor LN CSIE Finance modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific financial workflows. Provide support for data validation, business process testing and defect resolution during data migration and implementation.

.

Design, configure, test, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Infor LN CSIE Finance modules:

o Company setups including multi-company structure and Finance Parameters

o General Ledger

o Accounts Payable

o Accounts Receivable

o Cash Management

o Receipts, Payments, and Settlements

o Bank Transactions and Reconciliations

o Cashflow Forecast, analysis and reporting.

o Invoicing

o Reconciliation

o Cost Accounting including Product Costing

o Financial Statements and Reporting

o Budgets

o Fixed Assets

o Taxation

o Financial Integration with other modules

o Intercompany transactions, matching and reconciliation.

o Divisional / Overhead / Predictive accounting

Provide expertise in financial budgeting, planning, reporting, including creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, financial statements, MIS, and consolidation across companies and countries.

.

Develop and customize financial reports using Infor tools (Report Designer and Birst) and external tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

.

Assisting Finance dept. in reconciliation of AR / AP / Ledger / Cash / Bank / Inventory / WIP / Item Costing / etc.

.

Assisting internal and external Auditors and provide necessary information and explanation as requested.

.

Respond to Management for any finance related queries.

.

Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions related to finance functionalities during implementation and day to day transactions. You will translate high level business requirements into functional specifications.

.

Provide expert advice on Infor LN CSIE best practices, functionalities, and industry trends. Proactively identify and propose business processes and system enhancements, including automation wherever possible.

.

Evaluate and optimize financial processes, utilizing Infor LN capabilities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within the finance domain.

.

Participate with the project implementation team for understanding extension developments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Infor LN Finance modules with extensions/add-ons and other business systems for seamless data flow and consistency.

Provide training to Finance users.

.

Stay updated with Infor LN CSIE releases and best practices and provide recommendations for new features and services.
