الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare schedules annually used by a consultant to prepare the cost report; ensure data properly maintained throughout the year
- Calculate the amount due to or from Medicare on a monthly basis
- Coordinate the Medicare and other State or Federal agency cost report audits, providing supporting documentation, reviewing audit adjustments, and responding to audit findings in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate and understand the technical positions/arguments communicated to Medicare and other State or Federal agencies’ auditors to support positions taken on the organization cost report, or other required reporting
- Update, review, and maintain supporting documentation for the Medicare settlements according to standardized policies and procedures to properly reflect the financial reporting of third party balances
