Scope:

a) Manage the CMS application software packages, including resolution of incidents and issues arising from deployment or installation of OpenText related packages;

b) Assess the impact of updates of new version releases, upgrades or patches of all OpenText related software (e.g. operating system and security patches) on the application (CMS) server;

c) Work with the Authority s designated vendors to provide solutions for problems encountered in the installation of server/client software upgrades for the application (CMS).

d) Apply OpenText, windows Software patches / hotfix on the application servers whenever required;

e) Monitor the utilization quantity of the OpenText licenses and SSL certificates on the servers;

f) Apply the new SSL certificates on the CMS application / DB servers whenever required.

g) Administration of CMS application Batch Jobs.

h) Production Support & Problem Resolution

i) System Monitoring

j) Modifications and Enhancements to the CMS application.

*CMS = Case Management System application designed using OpenText Product such as AppWorks Platform, Magellan Directory Services (OTDS) and Process Intelligence.
