Specialist Fire Rescue Resources Pre-Incident Planning

• Lead the requirements gathering process by facilitating workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to identify and doent business requirements.
  
• Create user stories, EPICs, features, and acceptance criteria that capture the business requirements and align with the product vision and strategy.
  
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the user stories are clear, concise, and actionable.
  
• Create and maintain product backlog, prioritize user stories and manage the scope of the product.
  
• Ensure that the product backlog is always up-to-date and reflects the current state of the product.
  
• Work closely with the QA team to create test plans and ensure that the acceptance criteria are met during testing.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Business ysts and ensure that they are adhering to best practices and processes.
  
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team and ensure that there is clear communication and understanding between the two parties.
  
• Ensure that the Agile framework is being followed, and any issues or impediments are being addressed.
  
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the products performance against the key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Business yst or similar role.
  
• Strong experience in Agile software development odologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  
• Experience in writing user stories, EPICs, features, and test plans.
  
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and processes.
  
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UX/UI, and product owners.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation ss.
  
• Strong ytical and problem-solving ss.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Experience in mentoring junior Business ysts is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
