Responsibilities:

Collaboration:
- Work closely with writers, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve their skills and ensure consistency.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality control checks to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Ensure that content meets the highest standards of excellence and aligns with organizational goals.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate editorial efforts and resolve any content-related issues.
Research and Fact-Checking:
- Conduct necessary research to verify facts and information presented in written materials.
- Ensure that all content is accurate, credible, and aligns with the organization's values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an editor with a strong portfolio of edited content.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Familiarity with style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago Manual of Style).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using editing tools and software.
