Position Name: Technical Consulting Engineer

Description:

Responsible for collecting information, analyzing logs, building and testing verification environments, liaising with overseas product development and other relevant departments, and resolving problems. On the technical side, the company is the final point of escalation in Japan, mainly investigating, analyzing, and providing solutions to complex problems that cannot be resolved by engineers in the user systems department or support engineers at the distributor.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Linux server product technical support/system engineer.
• 3+ years of Linux server product technical support/system engineer experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting experience with debugging and packet tracing
• Experience communicating with overseas engineers in English.
• Product verification and support experience for network products such as Cisco Switch/Router
• Experience in operating and managing server environments using virtualization products such as VMware
• Basic knowledge of server OS (Redhat, Windows server, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of routers and Ethernet switches: Basic knowledge of routers and Ethernet switches
• Ability to think logically to solve problems.
• Ability to write business documents (external reports, etc.)
• CCIE or CCNP
• VMware VCP, VCAP holder or equivalent holder or equivalent
• Redhat RHCE holder or equivalent holder or equivalent
