As a Front Desk Manager, your background and abilities should include the following:
- At least two years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front desk services in a resort or full-service hotel
- Experience with all aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
- Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion
- Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
- Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
