Nationalisation Manager

We are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Leader. On offer is a permanent job paying up to 26,000 per year plus bonus and overtime. Working hours are 6.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday with overtime available in the week as well as at the weekends.

As a member of the Grounds Maintenance Team you will be:

• Maintaining the grounds at a variety of locations that will include large private estates, social housing estates, nursing homes, hospitals and NHS sites, schools, colleges and nurseries.
  
• Using strimmers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters, pedestrian mowers and on occasion ride on mowers.
  
• Planting seasonal flower beds, trees and shrubs as required.
  

The depot is within walking distance of the local train station and also has onsite parking, you will have a company van which is kept in the depot overnight.

To be considered as the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you will need:

• Experience of using pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and brush cutters. If you ve used a ride on mower great, if not training will be given.
  
• Experience of weeding.
  
• Experience of planting.
  
• Your driving licence.
