About our Client
Audinate leads the world in networked media. Their "Dante" technology is used extensively in professional audio / video installations globally including live events, broadcast, entertainment venues and communications systems.
Dante is available in over 3,000 products from more than 500 manufacturers, covering a diverse range of applications across industries, including the Sydney Opera House, on set at films like La La Land, in stadiums such as Target Field and the Paris La Defense Arena, and even at hotels, restaurants, and places of worship.
Job Summary
In this newly created role, this role will design and develop external and internal Salesforce portals in collaboration with the Business Systems team as they consolidate their ability to better serve clients, end users and Audinate colleagues.
Operating in an Agile environment (SAFe), this role will work closely with team members across departments to improve usability and functionality of their Salesforce environment.
In the Business Systems team they have flexibility to work from home but also collaborate in-person at their office in Makati as well as working remotely alongside colleagues in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement solutions for internal and external Salesforce portals as per stakeholder requirements
- Ongoing testing and quality assurance
- Ensure solutions are developed within agreed time frames
- Creating procedures and technical documentation correlating to solution implementation
- Providing ongoing support as part of solution handover
- Staying up to date with emerging technologies that can offer business improvements and experimenting with new technologies to see how it can aid the business
- Share development skills and knowledge with the rest of the team
- Build and maintain effective and constructive relationships across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar discipline, or, advanced Salesforce certifications
- Strong experience in Salesforce development including LWC/Aura and Experience Cloud
- UI/UX development experience with JavaScript
- Apex, Salesforce triggers and flows
- SFDX and development on IDE
- Good communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment across multiple projects
- Must work well in a team environment, be highly self-motivated and resilient
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 6AM to 3PM
- Must be amenable to reporting to office in Makati
Additional desirable skills and experience
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Proficiency in MS Azure or AWS
- Experience working with databases (NoSQL/Relational DB)
- Strong interest in continuously improving the quality of systems and processes
- Ability to see the "bigger picture" and understand how Salesforce can have a multiplier effect on business efficiency
