Manager Analytics

Experience: 4-6 Years

Role:

• Communicating with clients to understand business objectives.
• Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
• Designing qualitative and quantitative research report
• Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable recommendations
• Collecting data for consumers, competitors and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
• Understanding business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers preferences.
• Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent (spoken and written) communication skills.
• Confident presentation skills
• A methodical approach to work
• Familiarity or training in statistics or a willingness to learn.
• Have knowledge of or be keen to learn statistical software packages.
• Be able to be flexible and work as part.
• Any Bachelor's Degree
• Min 1 year of ORM Experience in a Manager / Asst Manager role
• Proficient with MS Office and ORM tools
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
