Tool Design

• Design of Jigs and fixtures for VMC, HMC & Turning Center (3, 4 & 5axis machines)
• Knowledge of Quick changing elements in Jigs and fixtures. => SMED techniques
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic fixturing elements.
• 5s, Kaizen, Poka-yoke/Mistake proofing knowledge.
• Knowledge of conventional and CNC machines, machining operations.
• Hand on experience on NX Min 2year experience.
• Proficiency in GD & T and should be able to apply for manufacturing process and
their application.
• Experience in Press Tools design is added advantage
