The Digital Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging digital experiences for users across multiple channels and platforms. The Digital Experience Designer will work with stakeholders to understand user needs, develop user personas, and create user journeys. The Digital Experience Designer will also create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand user needs and develop user personas and user journeys
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test digital experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product owners, developers, and marketers, to ensure that digital experiences meet business goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across digital experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and optimize digital experiences
- Stay current with digital trends and best practices to ensure that digital experiences are innovative and engaging
- Ensure that digital experiences are accessible and inclusive for all users
- Develop and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
- Manage projects and timelines to ensure timely delivery of digital experiences
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors or higher degree in a related field, such as design, human-computer interaction, or psychology
- 3+ years of experience in digital experience design or related fields
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with front-end development languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
- Strong portfolio of digital experience design projects
