Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with Ritual operating procedures and standards.
Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all bar products, and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with staffs to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.
