• Greeting hotel guests with a smile and ensuring their satisfaction
  
• Answer their questions help them with their needs and make them happy
  
• Provide necessary information about the hotel to the hotel guests
  
• Work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and solve any issues
  
• Build positive relationships with guests to make them come back and leave great reviews
  
• Keep track of guest interactions and preferences
  
• Provide language assistance and translation services as needed

Requirements

• 2132 y.o.
  
• Female candidates only
  
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
  
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferably in hospitality
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  
• Good computer knowledge
