Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries, providing a delightful and personalized experience.
· Efficiently handle order taking, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
· Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions and manage customer payments.
· Monitor and manage bakery inventory, restocking shelves as needed, and keeping track of product freshness.
· Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining sales records, creating reports, and managing data.
