Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Inspect, disassemble, reassemble and balance all rotating elements for a variety of turbomachinery (steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, hot gas expanders, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the required hand tools and measuring devices.
- Safely operate overhead cranes, torches, grinders, and forklifts.
- Accurately interpret indicators and micrometers within a precision of .0001".
- Read and understand technical information relevant to the job.
- Complete all associated documentation required for assignments.
- Continuously develop knowledge of products, materials, and procedures to improve job performance.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and work well within a team.
- Adhere to company safety, quality policies, and ISO procedures.
- Participate in company-required training programs.
