• Fluent English and Russian languages
• Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the CIS region
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the CIS region
