Looking for a Sales Director Real Estate

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team/ motivating and developing a Sales team. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as assisting in their growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the secondary sales team.
• Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner.
• Design and implement strategies that expand companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the General Manager.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years Real Estate experience.
• Successful previous experience as a sales director consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual English Russian French Ukrainian applicants would be preferred
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.
