Looking for a Sales Director Real Estate
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team/ motivating and developing a Sales team. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as assisting in their growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the secondary sales team.
- Motivating and inspiring team in positive manner.
- Design and implement strategies that expand companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Objectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the General Manager.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years Real Estate experience.
- Successful previous experience as a sales director consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Bilingual English Russian French Ukrainian applicants would be preferred
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.
