Your responsibilities as a regional learning & development advisor
Representing learning in the region for the Global L&D team. You will also serve as a regional functional HR partner, supporting HR initiatives and activities within the region.
Advising businesses and functions on learning solutions, seeking synergies with global approaches and best practices.
Designing, developing, deploying, and measuring learning solutions.
Building and managing relationships with local learning providers and trainers.
Collaborating with other Advisors and Coordinators on global development solutions and initiatives.
