What will make you a good fit for the role?

• Minimum of 10 years in a Global Delivery Operations role.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Services Offer Management, successfully launching Services portfolios in the global market.
• Significant experience in building, managing and leading world class teams, comprising both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Has experience working in international business environments, collaborating with diverse backgrounds and cultures across different regions.
• Proven expertise in Services Operations within the Network Infrastructure space and demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record in profit and loss management, controls planning staffing and budgeting and approvals.
• Proficiency in operating within dynamic environments and delivering against tight timelines and business goals.
• Strong thought leadership and extensive API development experience.
  

Academic Requirement

• Required: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Preferable: Certifications in Product Management and ITIL certification
