Lead Civil Engineer NPCC UAE

We are looking for a fulltime Plant Manager to be based on our New Berlin, WI location who will direct and manage plant operations with overall responsibilities for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Inventory and Cost Control, Logistics, and other production-related activities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
  
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
  
• Place production orders from customers
  
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions.
  
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  

Requirements

SKILLS YOU BRING:

Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university

MUST have 5-10 years experience in the architectural glass industry.

Five years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must understand financial statements and be skilled in making business decisions based on financial data.

Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures including Lean manufacturing techniques required.

Must have the demonstrated ability to lead, train and motivate a diverse work force.

Must have excellent follow through and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments. Scheduling background (Preferred)
