Key Responsibilities
- Train under the supervision of current solar installation professionals on such things as pile driving and the mechanical installation of solar racking systems and
- Conduct site maintenance daily, wearing all required safety equipment to install and inspect solar racking and
- Review project plans and drawing to ensure the project is built according to
- Inspect work, report, and document findings, and create quality measurements and
- Ensure all PPE, tools and equipment assigned are accounted for, maintained in good condition, repaired, or replaced as
- Attend weekly safety
- Performs other job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor as
Qualifications
- Must have a current driver s license and other certification if required by OSHA, state, or federal
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well with
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and
- Age 18+.

- Read, write, and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions (other preferences will be given for special language skills where there is a business
