Position: Recruiter contract
Responsibilities
• Develop a targeted sourcing and marketing plan to identify top talent
• Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and provide updates on progress
• Follow company procedures for tracking and interviewing candidates
• Screen and assess candidates against client requirements and present profiles to hiring managers
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Advise on local area compensation relevant to position and candidate experience
• Consult and partner with other HR staff and hiring manager as needed
