• Provide sound and suitable recommendations across a variety of products and services
• Maintain knowledge of all institutions products, criteria and policies
• Assess client s overall financial situation, understand their needs and recommend the most suitable solution
• Guide clients based on their requirements and understand in detail their profile and needs
• Cultivate client base and build long term relationships
• Fill in the client detail capture forms on all initial meetings / calls with clients to ensure proper records are captured and maintained
• Network, generate leads and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenue
• Identify cross sell opportunities and understand how to pitch the right solution to maximize revenues and client satisfaction
• Achieve the revenue target assigned by the management
• Maintain your pipeline and provide updates on Thursdays and Tuesdays to your line manager
• Handle the client and the entire mortgage process end to end maintaining the highest service levels
• Liaise with introducers, establish, maintain and expand on relationships with real estates, developers, introducers and any other referral agents
• Comply with all industry rules and regulations
