- Oversee the endtoend renewal process for software licenses ensuring timely and successful renewals.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand customer profiles and tailor offerings to maximize revenue potential
- Leverage customer insights and market trends to recommend additional software solutions that align with clients business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients understanding their business challenges and positioning software solutions as essential components for success
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the renewal process.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing and product management to stay informed about new software releases promotions and industry trends.
- Communicate effectively with clients to educate them about the value of software renewals upgrades and additional products.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on renewal performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance renewal rates.
