Qualifications
Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent)
Preference will be given to Bachelor’s Degree Holders.
Experience
- 5+ Years in Facilities/ Maintenance Projects
Knowledge/Skills
- Good basic knowledge of building maintenance systems with a first-hand (hands-on) background/experience in either civil, mechanical, electrical or plumbing works.
- Project Co-ordinators must be computer literate or,, capable of being trained to use computer based maintenance systems.
- The jobholder should be knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel (or similar word processing and spreadsheet packages).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
- A good telephone manner is essential, as is the ability to communicate well in written and spoken English.
- The ability to converse in languages other than English is advantageous.
- Jobholder must have a UAE driving license.
