Head Of Software Development (AI-Enhanced Processes) Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformative change by establishing a framework that seamlessly integrates generative AI, significantly amplifying engineering productivity.
- Leading a team of AI-first engineers, evaluating experiments, documenting findings, selecting the best methodologies, implementing them team-wide, establishing processes, and staffing this team.
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in professional software development.
- At least 3 years of experience as either a lead engineer reviewing the work of other engineers or as an architect making important technical decisions.
- Excited to use and explore new generative AI tools for software engineering tasks on a day-to-day basis.
