Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Managing the Service Operations ensuring that it meets all dealer and manufacturer standards, operational targets, KPI parameters and the company business plans

Implementing the standards and procedures of the group to consistently deliver high quality levels of customer satisfaction

Accurate and timely warranty submissions that comply with all manufacturer processes and policies

Ensuring a fully embedded process is in place for VHC and EVHC (Personal Video)

Ensuring workshop WIP and debt are in line with budget stipulations

Full compliance with H&S regulations, COSHH, Regulations and the ISO 9002 Quality Manual

For this high-profile role the successful candidate will be/have:

Currently employed as a Service Manager preferably within a main franchised dealership

A proven track record in achieving volume, profit, efficiencies and the highest levels of customer service standards

Confident, self-motivated and disciplined in all areas of business management with strong people management, team building and motivational

Experience of automotive brands (desirable)

Computer literate and comfortable with web-based computer applications

A clean full EU / UK Driving Licence is
