Responsibilities:
* Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth checkin experience.
* Address guests inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities services and local attractions to assist guests in planning their stay.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage return visits and glowing reviews.
* Keep accurate records of guest interactions and preferences.
* Provide language assistance and translation services as required.
Requirements
* Open to female candidates only.
* Proficiency in both English and Mauritian languages (spoken and written).
* Prior experience in a guest relations or customer service role preferably within the hospitality sector.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Skills in computer applications.
