Principle accountabilities, role, and responsibilities: -
Develop and implementation of sustainability framework for the entire
Environmental Monitoring, Waste management, Environmental Impact Assessment,
Environmental training and awareness, Environment risk assessment and mitigation,
regulatory
Internal and External audits, review meetings and Training and Awareness Programs related
to Total Quality Management (TQM).
Developing and implementing strategies and policies to reduce the organizations
environmental
Tracking and reporting on the organizations environmental performance
Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including executives, operations managers, and
employees, to promote sustainable practices and encourage behavior
Engaging with external stakeholders, such as suppliers, customers, and community members,
to promote sustainable practices and build
Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards
Managing sustainability projects and initiatives, including setting goals, allocating resources,
and monitoring progress
Communicating the organizations sustainability performance and goals to stakeholders, both
internally and externally
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability, and
recommending new approaches and technologies to improve the organizations sustainability
Engagement with regulatory bodies to expedite required legal permits and timely renewal of
the legal
GHG (Greenhouse gases) emissions accounting, Net Zero Strategy and road map, CDP
reporting (Carbon Disclosure Project), Sustainability Linked Bond (SLB) and SPO (Sustainability
Principles and Objectives) and GHG data
Establishing and implementing IMS (Integrated Management System) in accordance to ISO
Management of environmental data, data verification & assurance, performance reporting to
internal and external stakeholders , OGP, annual reports and
ESG Development of ESG indicators, policies and reporting, Zero Waste to Landfill, Net Water
Positive, Net Zero Emission, GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)
Documentation and implementation of requirement of various product conformity
Set environmental requirements in scope of work during tendering, evaluation of bids and
managing contractors for implementation of environmental
Climate Change Report, Sustainability Report, HSE Reports, Environ-mental performance
report and other reports related to HSE, ESG and
Developing corporate standards, guidelines, and tools to achieve organization vision and
policy
Lead a diverse
Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies
All ad hoc tasks and projects designated by the Deputy CEO

SKILLS Strong leadership experience and skills with the ability to provide direction to others Exceptional analytical skills for problem solving as well as excellent communication skills Organizing and Attention to Results oriented with a can do attitude Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Stress KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE Knowledge of MS Office 07-10 years of work experience in Similar Profile with pleasant High Level of 02-04 years of experience in Heavy Manufacturing Industry Experience QUALIFICATION Master/ Graduation Environmental Science and Sustainability or Environment and Sustainability Management
