الوصف الوظيفي
- Ensure the Program delivery of the business Functional Requirements, delivery of the Integrations, data warehousing and Reporting plans, bringing over historical data, Data protection, Security, Legal T&Cs delivery, Change management, questions around the implementation approach, clarifications on Infrastructure and Network impact, Governance models, SI resource plans, ATG resourcing requirements advised by the vendor to ensure implementation success, SAP and Oracle’s plan to underwrite a successful project implementation, etc.
- Drive the focus on delivery of Vanilla system and processes.
- Plan and design the Program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiate appropriate corrective action.
- Define the Program's governance arrangements.
- Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the Program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the Program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other Programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards.
- Manage the Program's budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the Program progresses.
- Ensure the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Program plan an.
