HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- STRATEGY & MARKET ACTION PLAN
- Assist with the overall articulation of the Marketing, Communications & Client strategic direction;
- Assist the team with monitoring the implementation of identified key Market Action Plan projects notably through quarterly updates and reports;
- Ensure objectives and KPI’s are clearly defined and monitored;
- Support the orchestration of the Market Action Plan deck for the Marketing, Communications & Client team.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT & PERFORMANCE
- Follow-up the Advertising & Promotional Budget in terms of allocation, coordination and tracking, in close collaboration with each department and finance;
- Coordinate with tne Marketing, Communications & Client community for campaign ROI measurement and takeaways.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT ORCHESTRATION
- Support cross functional 360 projects orchestration, maintaining a strong client-centric mindset and collaborative way of working;
- Assist project leads on project briefs and ensure adherence across workstreams;
- Help set up and manage timeline and retro planning among all teams involved and monitor progress & achievements;
- Facilitate post-execution monitoring and assessment of projects.
- BENCHMARKING
- Foster a culture of curiosity through competitive intelligence monitoring;
- Create and update report and share best practices for main luxury players in the UAE (events, pop-up, new product launches, gifting, etc.).
