Sales Manager

One of our esteemed clients in the Steel Fabrication Industry is currently seeking Sales Manager to be based in Sharjah with a minimum of 10 years of industryspecific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction particularly within the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing sales teams driving revenue growth and successfully navigating the complexities of the steel construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your deep industry knowledge in steel structure fabrication and construction to set strategic sales goals and objectives.
• Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing new business opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients addressing their complex requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts budgets and reports to track progress and inform decisionmaking.
• Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal teams to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional aftersales support addressing client inquiries concerns and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of industryspecific experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales management successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
• Strong understanding of steel structure products construction processes and industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership communication and negotiation skills.
• Customerfocused with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Indepth knowledge of the UAE market and a network of industry contacts.
• Resultsoriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive revenue growth.
• Pakistani/Indian nationals will be given first preference.
