Admin Officer

• Knowledge of HR functions such as onboarding offboarding contracts medical insurance maintaining employees physical & digital records maintaining relevant HR reports etc. while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
  
• HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
  
• Ensuring the implementation & adherence to various policies processes procedures & systems across the organization.
  
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  
• Analyze data/information for reporting as submitted by the Line Manager to ensure accuracy before submission to the Management and/or as mandated.
  
• Manage the transactional elements of HR including HR reporting maintaining employee data and drafting employment offers contracts and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
  
• Coordinate with PRO for employee s visa Renewal of Visa and other labor and immigration activity Health Insurance
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or any field
  
• 3 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws and laws related to office procedures standards and best practices.
