Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a wellestablished insurance company in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking a Finance & Accounting Officer to manage core financial functions ensuring accuracy compliance and timely financial reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by overseeing daily accounting tasks tax compliance and supporting budgeting and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions:Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable receivable and payroll processing.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.
Tax & Compliance: Handle VAT tax filings and ensure adherence to all regulatory financial requirements and deadlines.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic decisionmaking.
Audit & Internal Controls: Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls and facilitate audit processes.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of local tax regulations and accounting standards.
