Job Title: Sales Engineer

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Manager

Salary: AED

Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs providing technical solutions and driving sales growth. This role involves working closely with customers and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Understand the technical aspects of the products/services offered by the company.
  • Provide technical support to customers addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends products and competitors to provide accurate information to customers.

Sales Support:

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize products/services based on customer requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals quotes and technical documentation for sales pitches.
  • Provide postsales support to customers ensuring their technical concerns are resolved promptly.
  • Prepare documentation for agency prequalification and endclient submissions.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct followup calls and emails to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team to enhance products/services.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by meeting individual sales quotas.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics reporting on progress towards targets.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with the sales marketing and engineering teams to optimize customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback internally to ensure the continuous improvement of products/services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
