• Manage a team of 3+ sales representatives
• Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team
• Give regular performance feedback
• Assist in the development and execution of the sales strategy
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver tender responses
• Articulate and passionate communicator
• Experience in writing compelling tender responses
• Ability to work across divisions and inspire collaboration
• Represent the business at conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
• Deliver sales meetings that inspire and drive accountability within the sales team
• Create and deliver quality sales content for continuous improvement
• Report commercial figures and pipeline to senior management
• Lead tender processes and responses
Qualifications
• MUST have proven work experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role across the UAE
• MUST have proven track record of managing a highly driven sales team
• MUST have the ability and proven experience to understand and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ROI for clients
• MUST be coming from the similar Branding / Activation Solutions industry
• Trained in advanced sales and consultative sales practices
• Enviable black book of contacts
• Understanding of the events and production industry highly desirable
