J&T Express Middle East is thrilled to announce that were actively seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team!
About Us:
J&T Express Middle East is a global logistics company known for its endtoend logistics solution. We take pride in delivering seamless and efficient logistics solutions to our valued clients and now were looking for a skilled professional to help us elevate our training initiatives.
What Youll Do:
As a Network Management Specialist you will play a key role in monitoring and ensuring the performance of our key stations all over UAE. This includes the following major tasks as a network management specialist:
Assisting in Station Management:
- Monitoring Station Performance: Continuously track key performance metrics to ensure station operations are efficient and customerfocused.
- Communication with Region Managers and Supervisors: Regularly communicate with onground management to gain insights and resolve operational issues.
- ProblemSolving: Collaborate with station managers and supervisors to address operational challenges and enhance overall efficiency.
Finding and Managing 3PL Partners:
- Identifying Potential Partners: Research and select 3PL partners that align with our operational needs.
- Qualification and Performance Assessment: Evaluate the qualifications and past performance of 3PL partners to ensure reliability.
- Communication and Issue Resolution: Maintain open lines of communication with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring Courier Performance: Continuously track courier performance metrics for quality control.
- Enforcing Actions: Take corrective actions if 3PL partners do not meet performance standards.
Station Cost Analysis and Cost Control:
- Cost Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports for each station to understand expenses.
- Identifying HighCost Areas: Analyze cost reports to pinpoint inefficiencies or areas of overspending.
- Efficiency Improvement: Collaborate on strategies for cost control and efficiency improvements.
3PL Delivery Fee Counting:
- 3PL Delivery Fee Counting According to JMS Data: Collect and analyze data from the JMS system to understand and account for delivery fees in cost analysis.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in network management logistics or operations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to offer solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools software and advanced excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
Minimum bachelors degree holder preferrably in operations/logistics or related field.
