Sales Manager – Horticultural Machinery – Oxfordshire – Basic Salary to £40,000 
 
The Job:
 
We are working with a well-established, family-run business, specialising in horticultural and agricultural machinery, who are strengthening their small, friendly team.
 
This role will be based at their impressive store and showroom site in Oxfordshire.  If you have a background in the Agricultural or Groundcare / Horticultural sectors, have customer facing experience and are looking for your next career move, we want to hear from you!
 
The Candidate:
 

• Experience in either the Agricultural or Groundcare / Horticultural sectors.
• Customer facing experience (ideally Sales).
• People orientated.
• An excellent communicator.
• Hands-on and practical with a ‘Can-Do’ attitude.
• A good level of education and/or numeracy / literacy
• Experience of managing a small team would be an advantage.

 
The Package:
 

• Salary £37,000-£40,000 depending on experience
• Great Staff Discount
• Pension
• Monday-Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8.30-12pm
• 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
