Job Responsibilities:
• Work with the Head of E-commerce, the COO, and other executives to establish short- and long-term goals and objectives for offline conversion optimization, and related plans and policies.
• Create and maintain the sales strategy for B2B and B2C platforms, create and manage sales plans and lead the execution in all aspects.
• Analyse and understand user behaviours on both B2B and B2C platforms and create plans, processes, and methods to recapture lost opportunities offline, including through direct communications with customers.
• Design and implement industry-focused targeting strategies to improve key metrics on all platforms. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8 Years in a sales management position, including 3 to 5 years in an e-commerce sales or marketing field.
