Role and Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Consult with business units on goal setting and modification
- Serve as liaison between business units and People Team resources to ensure on-time completion of annual performance evaluation process.
- Consult with business units on appropriate use of Performance Improvement Plans for under-performing employees.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate between Talent Acquisition resources and business units on the completion of the vacancy requisition process
- Attend interviews, along with hiring managers, provide feedback to Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate between hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on the candidate selection process
- Serve as point of contact for selected candidates in terms of visa processing, required documents, date of joining, onboarding schedule, etc.
- Coordinate with internal resources to create and execute an effective onboarding schedule for new joiners.
