Our client is a award winning UK market leader in the production of branded confectionery for promotional campaigns, events and product launches. They are looking for reliable, flexible and hardworking candidates that thrive in working in a fast paced environment to join their team as a Compliance and Purchasing Admin

Shifts for a Compliance and Purchasing Admin are:

• 08:30-17:00
• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Pay (Friday)

General Duties of a Compliance and Purchasing Admin are:

Raise purchase orders
Check purchase order acknowledgements
Record goods received
Progressing outstanding orders and any issues to the purchasing manager
Obtaining prices from suppliers
Liaising with the accounts team for invoice queries
Dealing with supplier queries
Answering the phone, email queries and providing general office support where required

Requirements from You:

Prior experience as a buying administrator or compliance administrator would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills.

Driving Licence is required as you will be travelling between 3 local sites
