ITP Media Group s Consumer division is searching for an editor who is not only passionate about news lifestyle and entertainment and has an eye for details storytelling and expert knowledge of publishing and the MENA region 

As editor you will be spearheading one of ITP s newest print titles and will be tasked with producing a weekly magazine and keeping up to date with industry trends to create content that informs provokes and inspires an audience This is an exciting opportunity for an editor seeking a fastpaced work environment at a major publishing house It is also an excellent opportunity for those who are keen to take on the position of thought leader

• Act as the face and driving force of the brand
  
  
• Source commission and edit news stories
  
  
• Brainstorm ideas for both editorial and commercial campaigns
  
  
• Work with other departments to promote events and awards and sponsored and promotional articles
  
  
• Work as part of a larger team to ensure that ITP Media Group s Business division continues to grow and flourish teamwork and open communication is essential
  
  
  

• Experience with print publishing knowledge of how to create a flatplan editorial calendar and print design software such as InDesign and Photoshop
  
• Professional experience writing news and features and creating a content calendar An ability to report complex issues accurately quickly and simply is vital
  
• Excellent English and grammar skills
  
• Good communication skills helping you to influence people that you do not manage
  
• Strong time management and deadlinehitting skills
  
• Ability to multitask handling multiple projects at the same time without sacrificing quality
  
• Interest and experience in the construction vehicles and machinery sector
  
• Strong public speaking skills
