الوصف الوظيفي
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Interviewing patients via telephone prior to surgery, obtaining history
2. Scheduling preadmitting testing
3. Obtaining labs and radiology reports
4. Communicating with physician offices
Requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of Medical Assistant program
- Five (5) or more years as Medical Assistant
- Five (5) or more years experience in a hospital setting or a clinic involving duties mentioned in job description
- Current BLS certification
Certified Medical Assistant credentialed by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA). Registered Medical Assistant credentialed by the American Medical Technologists (AMT). (5) or more years successful CMA or RMA experience. Ability to multi-task, work with numerous interruptions and willingness to assess and change priorities.
